Willie isn't a marketer who learned about business from a course. He's built real organizations and run real operations — and the numbers speak for themselves.
He started in sales, building a 200-rep nationwide outside sales organization from the ground up. Door-to-door, retail, and special events — selling newspaper subscriptions across the country. Not managing a team someone else built. Building one. At its peak the organization was generating $4 million a year in subscription revenue.
Then he moved into home improvement and restoration. He launched a roofing website mid-storm season, ran SEO and Google Ads, hit the top 3 results, and generated $1.2 million in sales in 6 weeks. Fifty calls a day for a month — from a standing start.
He went on to build a nationwide flooring e-commerce operation — selling in all 50 states, managing supplier relationships, and outranking a national chain on their flagship product in San Antonio search. Along the way he earned his General Contractor license and Xactimate certification writing insurance scopes in Houston during Hurricane Harvey.
